It was good to see Jesus back on the big drums.
Reverend Slanky was missing from the scene for a spell, while the band was on hiatus, gathering their strength for this rollicking return to the Badlander.
The crowd was thick, appreciative and lively. Late in the proceedings, the band invited local legend, Chuck Lester onstage. Chuck launched into a rousing performance of Mustang Sally.
